Returns and refunds

Changed your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email info@kestreltech.co.uk with your name and order details, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

We refund the full price, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting the item back. Return postage is paid by [YOU / US]. If the item has been used more than you would to check it in a shop, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Faulty or not as described

If your Deck arrives faulty or isn't what we described, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. After that, we'll repair or replace it. We pay return postage for faulty items.
